Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a reliable, skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and delivers clean, quality workmanship.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

-Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience

-Residential HVAC service experience preferred

-Residential new construction/build experience preferred

-Experience with installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs

-EPA certification preferred

-NATE certification preferred

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

-Able to communicate professionally with customers

-Able to work independently and as part of a team

-Able to follow company and safety standards

-Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

-Committed to providing clean, professional, quality workmanship

-Comfortable using technology and service software

-Able to accurately enter job notes and document work performed

-Able to take and upload equipment/job photos

-Able to complete customer invoices and job documentation

Our Office Administrator is the organizational backbone of Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning, keeping daily operations running smoothly while ensuring company compliance and supporting both our team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track invoices in QuickBooks
• Maintain permits, licenses, and compliance records
• Organize employee files and tax documents
• Coordinate paperwork with city offices and technicians
• Answer phones, assist customers, and manage office records

Expectations

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and QuickBooks
• 2+ years experience 
• Associates/Bachelor degree preferred (not required)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional, positive, and team-focused

This role is essential to keeping our office, field team, and customers fully supported every day.

The HVAC Service Manager leads our service team, ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality work, and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC operations
• 1–2 years of management or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service schedules and technician performance
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and job guidance
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Assist with training, coaching, and team development
• Maintain efficient service operations and communication
